Nintex buys Israeli AI automation co Kryon


US course of intelligence and automation firm Nintex has introduced the acquisition of Israeli AI automation firm Kryon Techniques. No monetary particulars have been disclosed however market sources estimate that Nintex is paying about $75 million for Kryon, which has raised $77 million because it was based in 2008.

Kryon has developed a course of discovery and robotic course of automation (RPA) platform and Nintex stated that it will prolong the clever course of automation (IPA) capabilities of the Nintex Course of Platform.







Nintex CEO Eric Johnson stated, “With Kryon’s modern capabilities for RPA and course of discovery, we’re executing on our technique to repeatedly broaden the breadth and depth of our course of platform to make sure organizations in each the private and non-private sectors achieve digital course of aggressive benefits.”

Kryon CEO Harel Tayeb added, “We’re able to rapidly infuse our course of discovery know-how and the subsequent era of RPA into the Nintex platform to make sure organizations are realizing their fullest digital enterprise potential with clever automation.”

Kryon has 140 workers together with 80 in Israel. The corporate serves Fortune 500 corporations in monetary providers, insurance coverage and telecommunications together with AIG, Verizon, LTCG, and CP.
