America’s Cultivation Corridor has announced the inaugural cohort of its Cultivate 360 program, a new statewide professional development initiative for Iowa’s food and agriculture sector. The program includes 42 mid-career professionals representing a wide range of companies, universities and organizations, including John Deere, Corteva, Iowa State University and Syngenta. Participants will attend four daylong sessions held across Iowa from May through August. “Collaboration is at the heart of Iowa’s agricultural leadership; bringing together more than 40 professionals to build networks, strengthen leadership skills and enhance understanding of our industry will pay dividends as these leaders apply what they’ve learned in their communities and organizations,” Billi Hunt, executive director of America’s Cultivation Corridor, said in a prepared statement.
