Sammons Financial Group Inc. announced it donated nearly $4.6 million to charitable organizations across its corporate locations in 2025, with employees contributing more than 11,000 volunteer hours. The company’s community support focused on education, health care, hunger relief, homelessness, diversity and inclusion and services for individuals with disabilities, bolstered by its matching gift program. The West Des Moines headquarters led contributions with $1.2 million in donations and 6,500 volunteer hours, followed by Sioux Falls with $1.1 million and 4,000 hours. “Giving back remains a core part of who we are as an employee-owned company,” Rob TeKolste, President of Sammons Financial Group, said in a news release. “Our employees consistently demonstrate generosity through both their financial support and their time, helping us fulfill our purpose to empower futures and change lives in the communities where we live and work.”
