Diane Lourdes Dick Leaves Seattle For Iowa
Diane Lourdes Dick, William C. Oltman Professor of Instructing Excellence and Professor of Legislation at Seattle, has accepted a place at Iowa:
Professor Diane Lourdes Dick focuses her educating and scholarship on enterprise and tax legislation, with specific emphasis on industrial finance, enterprise chapter and out-of-court restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise entity taxation.
A prolific creator, Diane has printed or forthcoming articles in legislation opinions, peer-reviewed journals, practitioner-oriented publications, and on outstanding industrial legislation blogs. Diane’s work has been chosen by way of blind overview for extremely aggressive conferences, together with the sixteenth Annual Yale/Stanford/Harvard Junior College Discussion board, the Rising Students in Business and Client Legislation panel of the American Affiliation of Legislation Colleges Annual Assembly, and the George Washington College Middle for Legislation, Economics & Finance Junior College Enterprise and Monetary Legislation Workshop.
