Footings and foundation are in place for ADR Axles’ new $14.3 million North American headquarters and production facility under construction in Perry. ADR, an Italian company that began operating in the U.S. about eight years ago, makes axles, braking systems and suspensions for agricultural and industrial machinery. Dean Snyder Construction is the project’s general contractor.
