(Reuters) – Protection contractor Raytheon Applied sciences (NYSE:) Corp on Tuesday trimmed its full-year free money circulate forecast, amid inflationary pressures, larger prices and provide chain snags.

The Arlington, Virginia-based firm stated it lowered the outlook to about $4 billion from round $6 billion, citing a possible impression from laws requiring capitalization of analysis and experimentation bills for tax functions.

The corporate in July posted lower-than-expected second-quarter income, damage by international provide chain points that dented manufacturing on the aerospace and protection agency.
