- Asset supervisor Companions Group Holding AG has agreed to purchase rental homes owned by Fortress Funding Group for $1 billion, Bloomberg reported.
- The deal consists of greater than 2000 new-build houses operated by Kairos Dwelling and about 1,000 houses in contract.
- The homes are positioned within the U.S. Solar Belt, and cities akin to Oklahoma Metropolis; Amarillo, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Tampa, Florida; and Atlanta.
- Companions Group has $18 billion below administration in non-public actual property and targets sectors.
